All marketplace items have a 30-day returns policy, the conditions of which vary between sellers.

These products are not available in our clinics, and only through the MarketPlace.

For this reason, we do not accept the return of MarketPlace items in any of our clinics.

Returns Process:
Please contact our Marketplace Customer Services team with your order number and seller name so that we can converse with the seller to request a solution for you.

Refunds will be processed by the seller upon reception of the item(s). The Seller’s Terms and Conditions apply.

Refunds may not include reimbursing of delivery fees, depending on the seller and the reason for return.

Please note it could take up to 10 working days for the seller to receive, inspect and process a refund for the order.
